This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it does not collect any personal information when you visit.
If you email hello@mentalhealth.coach, we use your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Emails to this address are handled by Mental Health Coaching Ltd, the founder's clinical practice, which is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, on behalf of Mental Health Guide Ltd.
We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months, unless we're working together, in which case we keep them for as long as that work needs.
Our practitioner surveys have their own privacy notice, which is shown when you take part.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@mentalhealth.coach. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
